Why you don't put craft again in moulds for another layer? Any reason, actually I'm making resin art and for the final layer I'm so confused because no one in video again put the mold back once they demolded. Please help
I hope I can help - if you demold the piece, then put it back in the mold, though it may fit there can be little gaps between the item and the mold, and resin can then get under your piece unevenly. Depending on what more you're going to do with the piece, it may be easier to have it out of the mold, so then you do your topcoat out of the mold. There's ways to do that without ruining your piece, such as coating the bottom with liquid latex (or Elmer's glue, a much cheaper alternative), or using washi or painter's tape around the piece to keep the topcoat resin from dripping off the sides or onto the bottom.
