    12M and I have no dinning table space I'll have to squeeze it in the living room 🤔wow 🙃.

    12 Mil.. No balcony!! No dinning space!! Basically here we are being sold the name Kilimani.. But am so sure you'll tell us how we can buy the house and put the up for "airbnb" ... 12 Mil is a lot of money these developers need to get serious.

      The property also has great workmanship and amenities that will return your investment. You are looking at a net income of Kes.100,000 unfurnished. Capital appreciation also is a big factor.     That's a shame they are cutting down the space for dining and leaving the kitchen literally inside the living area. The balcony is not meant for the washing machine. Why dont they have provision for a washing machine? I would buyt a rip off like this.

      It's an apartment with 96 Sq.M, sometimes some areas might be smaller than others. In this case, we have a spacious laundry area where you place your washing machine and also a very spacious primary suite. We have various options that we would be glad to view with you.       @balisproperties you need to express these concerns to developers to make changes because 12m is not small money. 2 bedrooms should have an area designed for washing machines, which is not the balcony, and the dining area should have enough space to move without taking the kitchen or living area. I noticed the size of the apartment area is getting smaller and smaller. This is a legitimate concern developers. should be aware of
