As a Sabaton fan and an anime fan I am conflicted due to the fact that the anime is good but aces in exile would fit better with planes being from ww2 and based around Ww2 ideas for the bombers.

Great. I'm glad to be the first comment. And the anime was suggested by a Greek user at the Strike witches Red Baron AMV. Seres is the name of a city at the Greek region of Macedonia (Northen part of Greece) and "tileorasi=τηλεόραση" means TV in our language.

Kinda, it uses WWII planes but set on an alternate world. Japanese WWII pilots that fell through a wormhole like anomaly from the world we know introduce the people they find there to flight. If you look closely, every single plane is a Japanese WWII aircraft.

@pilotdave1000 it is an anime that is set up much like the old Crimson Skies game, to include blimp carriers but with less crazy plane designs and more cute anime girls.
Lets be honnest, the real baron should be the final boss of this anime and we'll see how a old triplane would destroy monoplane

You’d be surprised how many planes the IJA and IJN had in WWII; and just about almost all of them were similar to the zeroes. So much so; that for all of the recognition training and code naming the USAAF/USAAC, USMC, and USN did for their aviators, just about everything was labeled a ‘zero’
