Does your desirability ranking take into account transport links? Just wondering whether some of the properties that appear in the desirable but cheap quadrant are there because they are not located near good transport links? I love your videos btw. Great stuff!
Sure: Office for National Statistics website for price data. Data.police.uk for crime data. Stat Xplore for universal credit / housing benefit data. Gov.uk/check-long-term-flood-risk for flooding data. Ofsted website for school ratings. Google Maps for transport links and Further Education data. As for software, I have written python scripts to organise that data.
