Fan motor hack from a microwave oven

Hacking a fan motor from a microwave oven.
trying to see if it can produce electricity.

I built one of these about 1974 but the magnets weren't great then but the copper things short the output out somehow..also wondered what if you put say 10 mm magnets but use 6 and zigzag them...I think if the iron has a gap it will put out more it makes the field go thru the copper..mine had a 1/8 gap where its thin...it puts out more that way..If I can find another fan I might build one..oh hey there's another thing..there's one winding on these that is 64 ohms instead of the more average 32 ohm..they put out twice as much watts...happy experimenting lol...

I have a question about wiring a motor like this to 220 V. Does it matter which way around the two wires are connected? If so, what happens if they are wired the wrong way?

It’s doesn’t matter with ac voltage.
Each wire = 110 vor 120 v both wires total =220v or240v.

Well It was a uncalculated outcome. So have not made a continued video..😞, but did not fail completely. Just not the expected results.
