When you take the oldish models of horses (Friesian, Mustang, ect.) and then add the new colors from the newest horses the old models look really new, idk if it seems that way for everyone else but to me they look like brand new horse breeds.
Because the older models were already very well made, the new ones have more varied and detailed animation now though. The art style of the textures has changed (softer highlights, more fur texture and smaller details) so the texture itself is what stands out most I think.
They could actually make that possible. You either get one of the Parent's breed and/or coat color. Or Maybe if you breed a black with a white, you'll get a grey or something. Anything simple 🤷🏻♀️ Maybe even another breed than the one of it's parents. I Personally would appreciate a small breeding System in SSO. Would cost SC of course, but I think it would be less than a normal horse, since you don't know what you'll get 🤷🏻♀️
I was thinking if we got the possibility to breed it would work something like this. For example you breed a Connie to a Halfy you could either get the Halfy’s model and the Connie’s coat or vise versa. People could also put there horses up for stud and broodmare. You could either pay with Star Coins or Jorvik Shillings, well it would be up to the player. The player could set a price for both or only 1.

The first horse would be named the " Fristrupper. The second horse would be named the " Zjord. The third horse would be name the " Morgansdale. The fourth horse would be named the " Mustacob. The fifth horse would be named the " Ice Teke.
I'd be really interested in seeing the black North Swedish coat on a Fjord model, I would love a black Fjord. And what if you did the Bay Thoroughbred on the Friesian model. Maybe it's just me but I'd love to see those! But that first Friesian. I would buy in a heartbeat
