The S&S slip-ons also sound good, not too loud and the warranty supports it. I'm happy with the slip-ons, plus they are far lighter than stock. These bikes just sound good with any exhaust or slip on system. S&S are a pricey in comparison.
I have a gt 650 and put aew te 102 stainless slip ONS and it sounds awesome and they were only around $320. They have the same shape as stock but a little smaller and lighter. Aew also has a peashooter style slip ONS for a more vintage look
That’s likely a 2020 model, they stopped making that color scheme for the 2021 models. Is this exhaust the race only version or the street legal one? I assume the latter since you removed the baffle, I don’t think the race version has a baffle at all. If you feel it’s too loud maybe the baffle would make it more tolerable for longer runs. Also consider getting a booster plug or even a piggy back ecu to balance out the airflow upgrade with a richer mix or it’ll run way too lean. Seriously considering getting this exhaust, thanks a lot for your review!
Thank you, I’m not a big fan of it for myself. I do like the tone but it’s too loud. As for the look I don’t like that at all. I believe those humps are for back pressure tuning and not catalytic converters.
@@jenna9416 Hi Jenna. Thats interesting. What is the date of the manufacture compliance plate? It could have been made late 2020. Are you enjoying the bike? I Love mine.
I just ordered this same exhaust. Can you tell me if it came with new exhaust gaskets (Rings) for the head or are they not needed - did you reuse the existing ones?
It did not come with new gaskets, we reused the factory ones with no issues. I should add we had to flex the pipes to get them around the frame rail. I would suggest you tape up the frame to prevent scratching it when you install it.
I had a 400F for 16 years, got out of riding for 27 years, bought a 2020 Ravishing Red last year and loving it.

Hey fellow Wisconsin rider I'm in the Elkhorn area. Looking at the INT as an addition to the stable this coming weekend. Cheers!
This S&S system in Bring Cash Canada is around 2400 bucks, taxes in. I'm seriously considering the tec 2-1 stinger, and no cats.
Great video! Is it difficult to remove the oil filter with this exhaust installed?

He answered all of your questions in the video. It’s the race version with baffles removed.
@@nataliamiliano150 Yes he did, thanks!
You know if there is any difference between the race only and the street version?
I know the race version has no catalitic conveters. I assume there is more emmitions stuff on the street version.
Great review , hate that exhaust , what’s with the cat in the headers 👍

@@ZacksRides they are cats or resonators or flexpipes..certainly not for backpressure
@@ShashankB94 those unattractive bulges are cats. The race only unit is cat free.
Same bike as mine. Its a 2020 model Zack. Sounds nice but probably a little loud for me. Great value for money is the RE 650
I just bought a 2021 in this color even though they don’t advertise this color for this year.

That's one ugly exhaust go to TEC bike parts web page and see what they have to offer, for one thing much better looking 2 into 1😉
I wonder why you don't compare the prices
Gorgeous machine
What side of the motorcycle is the shifter on?
Left
Hello. I’m 5’5-5’6. Would this be a good size bike?? Or is it too big?
You should sit on one to see if you fit good. I am 5'6", even himalayan fits good for me(I have longer legs). Int and gt were pretty easy fit.
A bit late - but I am your height and it fits fine. Especially with boots on!
Awesome bike
