Very good animation! thanks i have really really dark oil and as i can see this could be the solution to make it clear without using wierd chemicals and bleaching clay.
Columbia 350 Flying Videos yes i have now really stinky dark crude oil of 43% thc how much is the lost in of the product if i run it thrue the machine and will it turn out higher in thc content? And do i loose the bad earthy smell?
Rob van Gils To clean up your oil via distillation, 50% recovery is typical. The loss is composed of terpenes (about 10-20%) and the rest is waste. Potency is increased to 85-95%. Please contact me at paul AT varinscience DOT com for more info. Thanks Rob
What is an efficient ratio of distillate to residues for your final short path run? Does thc% and ethonal dillution factors have a correlation to final %yeilds? Can this be theoretically calculated with prior data mathematically?
No. MCT comes from splitting the triclycerides from coconut or palm kernel oil into fatty acids and glycerol. The medium chain fatty acids, mainly caprilic and capric, are esterified with glycerol to form MCTs.
@@varinsciencellc8509 hi, i wanna buy in latin america chile mainly can you reach me in messeg or from this way a lnik to buy quikly this exact same product
@@diegoaguilar1478 Hi Diego, I have one for sale and will provide training. See it here: oklahomacity.craigslist.org/bfs/d/aptos-vta-wiped-thin-film-distillation/7236556431.html
doesn´t matter what material you use in the feedstock, the principle remains the same, also there aren´t many types of distillation, 1. normal distillation 2. vacuum distillation. 3. rotary evaporation 4. wiped film evaporator 5. fractional distillation 6. steam distillation 7. short path distillation
Hi, this is Steve Yin from China. We can build complete WFE/SPD units for CBD oils. I think maybe you will need our equipment/units when you want to expand your business in future. Please let me know if you are interested.
Thank you very much for your amination. Awesome & very clear.
the best explanation ever!! thanks guys!
Amazing video!! I learn a lot from it.
Thanx that clarified it completly for me......much appreciated
great step by step explanation and animation
Legit so educational for a field that so scarce with procedures being public
Good animation is a key of understanding
Your the best man thank you for a great explanation!!!!
Very clear explanation.
Can you do two stage pilot systems this is great
Awesome and very informative this made sense
Nice looking

Distillation will remove terpenes from your product as well.
Amazing video!! U got a new sub
This video is very nice
Nice presentation 🤙🏼😎
What's the cost of a system like this?
Very well done. Thank you

kind of like a kugelrohr, modified for process scale and compounds that are liquid
Thanks alot
Can we purchase the animation to put within our own presentation?
Where can I buy a machine like this
We have a used one for sale. Send me an email at Paul at Varinscience dott com and I’ll send more details
Can this process be used in producing MCT Oil? Extracting fatty acids from Crude Coconut Oil as a raw material
No. MCT comes from splitting the triclycerides from coconut or palm kernel oil into fatty acids and glycerol. The medium chain fatty acids, mainly caprilic and capric, are esterified with glycerol to form MCTs.
Thank you for the video. Can you tell me the main differences between this system and a rotary evaporator?
Iris, rotary evaporators are much simpler devices which are typically used to remove solvents
I want to buy one of these
Good explanation
Never knew it swirled around inside. I thought solvent was pushed through bud and drained then evaporated
Ilike your video
Whats the cost for this type of system
Used the adams glass toys in chemical lab like it.
Nice
Can i use your video in my video please.
Where?
Can we get a pilot unit like this for Latin
Hello Arbaaz. Do you want to buy one? Which part of Latin America? We have several companies there.
