    Totally amazing, snorkeled there last weekend, even saw a Manta Ray from the boat, temp was 22deg C

      It's gorgeous isn't it! I'm keen to go back and do some more diving and snorkelling some day!

    Nice. Hopefully been doing that soon. Can I ask where did you stay ? Also what was the water temp.

      Hey Scuba, you're going to love it! We stayed at an airbnb in Tutukaka which was about 2km from the marina. Water temp when I was there was cool, but not so cold that I didn't want to swim between dives. Probably 19 or 20 degreees?

      @@OwenSaysGo never thought of an Airbnb was looking at the lodge 9 that’s owned by that dive charter. I been diving around wellington it’s about 15c I be happy with 19 / 20 . Looking to go in February. Thanks 🙏

      It's a ceramic garden sculpture of a frog that a diver has placed at the back of the cave :D

      @@OwenSaysGo aaaahhhh! I would have never guessed :P thank you for your answer! I went there in 2013 for one day but I only had 15 dives logged. Now that I have dived in many places I want to return to really appreciate the dives there :) Just looking at the kelp, at so many sting rays and at these fish schools on youtube is already awesome! Nice video :)
