I just returned home after a long 3 day car trip across the U.S. I was having trouble winding down from that and thought of this video. It has helped so much! I think I can sleep now!
I have been doing the gentler routines with you for several months and have enjoyed amazing results! Arthritis in my spine made the type of vigorous workouts I had previously done impossible so for a time I abandoned exercise. It just feels wonderful to enjoy movement again. My posture, balance, strength and connection to my body have improved and much less pain. Thank you Rachel and Kerwin too.

It’s so wonderful to have you especially now while we’re quarantine and the temperature outside here in Arizona is about 106 almost too hot to go in your pool which is also 100°. I plan on continuing even after we’re out of this mess. I am much more conscious of my posture when I’m walking with my dog early in the morning. I’m 76 years old and still going strong. If i can strengthen the muscles around my spine I hopefully wont have to have any more horrible surgery - thats the aim!! The pilates will definitely help you strengthen the muscles around your spine, and the more the better. So if you can manage 3 workouts a week, go for it. When your energy is good, add in another one as and when you're feeling you can do it. Every little bit helps and yes do keep me updated. It's always great to hear about the progress and benefits of taking classes- I love it when people start to feel better. That's why I do this so thanks for sharing and keep going! You are great. Both my husband and I follow your classes in Covid lockdown. Separately as we don’t have the space for both of us, but actually it is a really nice private exercise time. Your classes are very professional and we aren’t missing our gym!

I have done quite a lot of standing ones but I love the flow and traditional mat Pilates. Hello Dorina, And welcome to my channel, it's lovely to meet you! I recommend doing Pilates exercises three times per week if you can. I do it daily and it works me.😊 If you're new to Pilates it is best to start with twice a week, and then if it feels ok and you can keep it up add a third workout when you're ready. The more you do on a regular basis, the stronger, fitter and more flexible your body will become. Most people find the commitment to workout the hardest part so I want to encourage you to commit to weekly classes.Think of it as your special time, just for you.
