President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. witnesses the signing of an alliance agreement between the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) and Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD) in a ceremony at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City on May 8, 2024.
Entitled ‘Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas,’ the signing ceremony serves as a tangible expression of optimism and determination as both Parties reiterate their dedication to collaborative efforts aimed at fostering the welfare and progress of the Filipino populace.
Founded in 2018, the PFP is dedicated to championing the Administration’s vision. Its core mission revolves around fostering a government that is easily accessible to all Filipinos, driven by a comprehensive development agenda.
Meanwhile, the Lakas-CMD, rooted in the principles of Christian and Islamic democracy, has become the largest Party in the House of Representatives following the 2022 election.
