Put the two together, the delivery of the line and the hand choreography and that is what will come to peoples minds when they think of this iconic line. When people think of Cheer up they think of that, since Cheer up was Sana's era. Any of the three videos I linked in my other comment are a good example.

Dahyun and Chaeyoung are the rapping duo. You'll see as you watch more of there MV's. Feel Special was different because of Mina. They knew Mina would not be performing on stage so they needed someone to sing her part for stages. Chaeyoung has a similarly sweet voice and she has gained a lot of confidence in her singing voice in the past year so she got that role. Having her rap as well would have given her too many lines. Chaeyoung got the role as the groups rapper because she's good at it and was too shy to sing on stage until recently. There are 2 rappers. Chaeyoung is actually the main rapper and Dahyun is the lead rapper. They usually spit bars back and forth, they're called DubChaeng. but on their recent comebacks they made Chaeyoung sing instead. maybe because her singing voice fits the songs more.
