A SIMPLE FRUIT CAKE with a DELICIOUS PUDDING FILLING that anyone can handle.

You can add any fruit and you always have a different delicious cake.
We need:
DOUGH: 4 eggs
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of lukewarm water
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
4 tablespoons semi-coarse flour (multipurpose)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Place the dough in a heated oven and bake at a temperature of 180°C/360°F for approximately 20 minutes.
CREAM: 500 ml of milk
2 golden ears (80 g)
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
125 g room temperature butter

Cook the pudding and mix it with butter after it has cooled down.
Coat the body with fruit jam, arrange the fruit (canned peaches), spread the filling and decorate as desired.
