Miele S224 Electronic vacuum cleaner in action

Really powerful vacuum cleaner since the early 1980s. 1000W motor. A nice retro orange vacuum. Made in Germany. I bought a vacuum cleaner a few years ago, the recycling center for 5 euros. Finnish Allergy Association recommended that vacuum for people with allergies.

I have the S 220, the one without the variable suction control on the unit. We still use it today just for the upstairs. It's such a well made/built Hoover that just keeps going for years!

I have the Miele s224. I found it in the trash at my local electric store and it was in good shape. If i remember correct i was only 2 things that was wrong whit it. The recoil in the cord reel was broken so i took a small screw and putt it back on. the other problem was that the motor capacitor was in very bad shape so i changed it out whit a good one. I dont use it very often but i love it and its orange.

I got one as well. Rly powerful and rare to find these days. It just works and when u roll up the cable your legs better are out of the way. U'll never find this quality again.
