I think the MV is about her having alzheimer's desease / bad dementia and she is stuck on the time when they were young and practising the dance. That's why they seem to be young but then you get flashes of the reality of them being old. And the place they are seems to (to me atleast) be a hospital. I really love the MV also.

there's more plottwist in this MV, the lady were never grown old.. that was all her dream and imagination, wanting to grow old and live a happy life with the guy. at the end she woke up and find her man at her side of the bed taking care of her whilts she remember that she wants to fix his shirt at the start of her dream hoping it will goes on like that dream😭.
