I have 10 years working experience in retail sector.
In the beginning their products price as per quality was genuine; customer service was on #TopClass. But.....
On d other hand, not taking care of d facilities of d employees, 12 hours standing duty of ground staffs, cancellation of weekly holidays, reducing d lunch break to half an hour, instead of 1 hour. FG salary structure was very poor (mere ye sab kahne ka karan ye hai ki - jab big bazar aur Pantaloons ki suruat hui thi tab wahan k jyadatar employees 10 th tak hi padhe likhe the isliye Jo bhi mila us mei khush the par 2006 k baad log MBA kar k aane lage aur unhe 7000, 8000 ki salary jaanvaron ki tarah khade rah kar lena samajh nahi aaya aur fir dusri industry mei jump lene lage, jo ki swabhavik hai.
Talented honest hard-working employees ka company chhodna bhi , business k liye kharab hota hai.)
Ghamand mei aur ek dusre se aage nikal jaane ki dikhave wali hoad aur Suddenly product ka price local market se jayada rakhna aur Customer service worst karna especially in Bigg Bazar le duba FUTURE GROUP KO.

Still i can't digest the fact# If D mart and reliance are still in market, why Big Bazar had to suffer?? If these things could happen to Kishore Biyani,it can happen with Mukesh Ambani or other entrepreneurs too.Big bazar kept all quality goods in their outlets..missing that 🤔

I have been in Market Research based at Delhi for 14 years.
There are two major mistakes Indian business groups do and do it regularly:
    1. Surrounded and depended on unprofessionals.
    2. No having world class Market Research.
    Even Tata does these mistakes!
Big Bazar has become too big, too soon and not quick enough to change with the times. Bayani just needs young guys to take over. Online is the future now in India.

There is no technical nor scientific only fact about Indian Business is Black money portion has out grown in Indian economy this Govt came to power " POT CALLING THE KETTEL BLACK" by this rule but instead of controlling Black money or the GDP all is on 'Ram bharose ' you must be remembering a big business house in Japan went bankrupt the bank who gave money was also bankrupt still bigger bank and the japanes Govt.provided more money and facilities instead of taking action .India is also on the foot step.

Business karna really ek bahot hi tuff job hai. Business man ko market strategy aur consumer preferences ka bahot hi satarkta se dhyan rakhna padta hai kyon ki fastly growing business culture me frequently changes dekhne ko milta hai. Isliye Safalta ke sath kayi bar asafalta bhi dekhna padta hai. Vusme bhi multiple business ko manage karna aur bhi tedious job hai. Kishore Biyaniji Bharat me teji se business growth kar rahe the. Unfortunately vunko ek sath kayi samasyavon ka samna karna pada aur bhari nuksan bhi vuthana pada.

Assuming that this analysis is right, Biyani comes out as a confused man with lack of knowledge of core principles of business management, on one hand he believed in market research based on study of customer profile while on the other hand he was reckless in managing growth by piling debts. Basically a business has to consolidate first & then grow within manageable & focused span. He is lucky that Reliance happened otherwise he would have been in the same bracket as Mallaya, Modi, Chowksi etc.

Fluctuating market me run business is a tough task, today it's very competitive market. Mostly business starts taking loan from bank or market so profits margins badly effected and poor market conditions may cause business defaulter.
