Long time Starcraft fan. Played it since I was about six or seven years old. I'd drift away from it for other games, but Staracrft is a game I will always come back to. None others have had quite that influence on my "gaming life". Love these casts! Keep them coming!
Sci fi just handwaves away most of its in-universe physics, but I like to think space platforms like that generate "gravity" using centrifugal motion by spinning. Don't ask why the starry background doesn't spin as well.
Beat the BC curse? BARELY. He won, despite, not because of the BC's. I tire of seeing BC's sent off to die one by one. In pairs. In three's. Plague, and scourge, kill BC's easy when not supported. Stack them until you have 5-6 of them, at least to volley scourge quickly... or... Send them with your marines as heavy air-support. They can yamato ultras, they can yamato static defenses, they can help kill scourge to cover the vessels, they help nuke lings and anything else that endanger the marines. STOP. SENDING THEM. OUT ALONE. THAT is where the 'BC curse' come out - miss-using the heavy cost of making the BC's - it would be like Protoss sending carriers out solo and not in a large group or not covering the Dragoon/Templar/zealot forces.
whyyy do most terrans send their battle cruisers in unsupported ?!? 99/100 times i just see them get wrecked before dealing any valuable damage….it just seems blatantly stupid but im not a player, is it a big gamble type thing like they’re banking on a mineral line or hatch undefended while the enemy main force is distracted elsewhere or what ? 😭😖😖

They should use them more for sniping Defilers and Nyduses with Yamato. It’ll help their Marine/Firebat/Medic army take down an expansion
