I think the mapping of the brows was off, I'm pretty sure you should go from the start of the nostril not the outside of the nose? 8:41, and what the heck happened here?? I get you need to flip the edge of the wax upwards to pull it off but those two pulls were painful to watch. And at 11:25 Why don't you show the camera the hairs lol?

It should only be done with soft wax really, hard wax shrink wraps each hair so the direction you pull from shouldn't affect too much I don't think.
