Everything was great. For the people watching just keep in mind that you don't want so much space in the peel pack. You want to make sure the peel pack is the appropriate size for the instrument. Clinics tend to complain about that as well.
i was about to say this XD
Thanks for the job you do. 👍 Your work is very important for all the procedures that require sterile instruments.
I will be studying this soon I am going into this field so watching you has been very helpful
The "top" of the peel pack is actually called the chevron end btw. You're doing pretty good, your info is nearly all accurate, keep it up.
Great video!! Can you do video listing/ identify some instruments?
Love your lanyard clip! Great video, bringing the fire 2023!
Your voice is very soothing lmaoo Great Video!
Thank you for making these viedos. I am intrested in becoming a SPT and your viedos are very helpful in gaining an understanding of the field. Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much ❤❤
I liked your video it was educational
Thank you very useful 🤍🤍🤍
great..I do SPD in San Francisco at a surgery center...been at it 16 years
ok, like the use of the protector, however its an indicator and may I suggest placing item in the other way around, the peel pack is opened not by the end you seal, this way they open the peel pack and the end that is touched is not the end in the protector....as far as the bozeman, I would place that one in as you did however i would have had the tips up, the peel pack back (paper side) is more likely to receive a puncture from the tips during handling storage, the clear side is more puncture resistant.
First you always load handle or bottom down and second curved instruments need to be facing the plastic on the peel pack because it can easily pierce the paper regardless of tip protector.
The first instrument you packed had a sharp tip shouldn't it have been turned in the other direction. the sharp end was pointed toward the chevron part that is to be opened up after sterilization

Should clean instruments still be handled with gloves in the clean/prep and pack area? This has been an ongoing debate where I work at.
According to the book, no!!
@@doreenbobda6531wtf 😐 I would
Can you please name some instrument while showing the differences between some of them?
Can I peel pack Sponge stick
Do you recommend an online class for this field?
No. You NEED the hands on experience.
I like your video..
But do u wear gloves or are you supposed to when u pill pack??
Im getting tea to start becoming a SP
No I do not peel pack or assemble with gloves.
@@SterilizeMyLife why do you not wear gloves? You are not required too? I’m assuming you wash your hands before you touch them but I feel like it would be a requirement
@@citygirl713I think it should be 😐
Confusing perhaps as a ratchet is a mechanical device that allows rotation in one direction.. Why was this terminology used as I am new to this? I am researching and observing not trying to degrade your video in any way just seeking charity..
