I have difficulty playing the down-strumming pattern. I play long strumming followed by 2 short strumming twice and I couldn't switch to long strumming and only 1 short strumming. Are there any tips in doing the down-strumming pattern? many thanks in advance.
Im 13 yrs old and a beginner, the only thing i cant do here is the strumming pattern 1, i cant strum while making it mute. I wanna learn this so bad so that i can sing it for my crush❤
I'm not sure why I'm getting tripped up on the down strumming pattern pacing and when to switch chords while doing it. May I have a mini clip if it being done broken down?

I can't do the 8 down strum, i get lost like always but im gonna still practice it anyways
Make sure to slow it down and count out the beats until you internalize the rhythm, then speed it up slowly and try it again. You've got this! 💪
