I would love to have a Raptor. I'm an old gheezer now and don't need one like I might have when I was younger, but for the go anywhere in any kind of weather advantage of course, but I still want one darn it. Other than the road clearance advantage of the Raptor over say a full size suv like the GMC Yukon AT4, which do you think would handle terribly stormy, snowy, icy, weather and road conditions better, the Raptor or the Yukon AT4? And why, what is it about one or the other that would make it better, assuming one would be? As for the road clearance, I'm assuming it's greater on the Raptor; the Yukon AT4 base height is 8" but with the air suspension you can raise it to 9" in 4H and 10" in 4L. Thanks. I could probably get more use out of everything the suv offers, but darn, my heart is with the Raptor. And my basic philosophy is that though many things about a vehicle can be relevant, underlying it all I would like the confidence of knowing I can go anywhere, any time, in any kind of weather. The best ski days are often during and right after big snow storms after all. Though you'll see me in desert environs or even at sea level by the ocean in the offseason often enough. Oh, and don't laugh, but I love that fold out flat work surface between the front seats of all the F150's, optional anyway, I would get so much use out of that bringing my laptop with me and taking my home office mobile, for a few hours, a day, or longer. Have even thought that the extra weight of an RSI Smartcap on the back of the Raptor might make it even better in the snow, though I'm torn on adding that.

You should look into the bronco raptor, best of both worlds raptor suspension and it’s still an SUV
