I love that they went from the launch pad with shooting stars, to traveling in space on Left Right, and it seems they landed somewhere super cool :) Loving the progression. And each song really fits - taking off, cool traveling and boss landing!
I think in the shooting star they were on their home planet and departed for Earth from there. You can see in this video that they passed Jupiter in the beginning before landing on planet Earth. Even the comeback announcement pointed to UFOs, so I guess XG officially arrived from another galaxy 😂

It’s not that deep, replacing u with v is really common in the music industry. It’s pretty much an aesthetic thing. It’s particularly common in rap, metal, witch house genres
Korea and Japan societies are pretty anti-gangs/mafia/yakuza so I do agree it could be one of the reasons why the didn’t spell it right. Same applies to Itzy’s Mafia I think. Another (and more fun) reason possible is obviously pun for girl giving and maybe “have no Is (eyes)” in the spelling.

Here is a bit of info about the letter V and how it's used in the word GVNG: In this case, the V is a reversed A. In Urban American gang culture, the letter A looks like a 5-point star. Gangs who use the 6-point star to represent themselves use a V in place of A to show disrespect to the 5-point star. Basically turning the 5-point down. You can find many reasons why people would use a V instead of an A, the most common being a stylistic choice, but the gang one made more sense for the girls and the meaning of their song. All in all, A and V are very common letters in structure so you can use them esthetically if you want. I guess that was the reason as well, it's like using the Greek letter Ξ as an E for esthetics because phonetically it doesn't make sense to be read as an E.

The acronym of XG is actually for Xtraordinary Girls. They're a Japanese girl group based in South Korea, all of their members are Japanese two of them being half. And for the record, XG prefers not to be called a K-pop act but a “global girl group.”
The creature at the back is the Wolf symbolic of the growing fandom called "Alphaz", supporting the gang. XG was innovative in incorporating sign language into parts of the choreo to convey the message of empowerment to fans and would-fans with hearing impairment.
