Some friends of mine who have since died off due to old age, had a penthouse with a completely private elevator lobby that just opened into the unit and views on both sides of the building. It was nice, large modern, gas fireplace and all that and thankfully with a view not obstructed by the Fountain Blue's garage structure. Living on the Strip would not be my thing. Summerlin is just fine.
