I’ve heard people complaining saying they aren’t trying, they don’t have the same passion as before, they don’t know what they’re doing anymore… but I think I figured it out. They look so happy here.. through the whole thing they’re cute and energetic and looking like they’re having a lot of fun and doing their thing. I think the songs that had choreo already that has been changed totally or modified in some ways to fit the dancers throws them off. Some of these songs they’ve been doing one choreo for years… so now to add other dancers and sometimes have the other girls just standing in the background while one girl does their part really throws the performance off… like they take a turn and then go stand there and wait… it causes them to look awkward in the transitioning parts bc it’s so unnatural to them and I think the songs with the dancers have been the ones where there has been the most issues. These were fine and lovesick girls is basically the same choreo… so there’s no issues with the formations or choreo… remixed songs with different parts… they’re having to think a lot while still engaging the audience and they’re nervous and haven’t been doing this together for years… it takes a little to get into a groove again…. But they look way more at ease when it’s just the 4 of them doing their normal choreo… here you see smiles and giggles at each other and then interacting … it’s a whole different vibe than one where there’s tons of dancers while they do solo parts and others just stand there doing nothing. It’s hard to really focus and stay in performance mode with so much of this happening. They seem the best and happiest doing their normal choreo just the four of them… but they’ve shaken out the jitters not and I’m sure it will only get better. Ppl have no clue how hard this is mentally and physically and the amount of technical aspects to what they’re doing… there’s so much to remember and it really feels like they were rushed into this. That’s not their faults and they’re making the best out of the situation and ppl need to cut them some slack. They’re doing just fine !
People were mostly talking about the first day, cz there was mistakes, but they showed a lot of energy on the second day, and they even said it, they slayed on the day2, hope they keep up
