Hi Alex! :) Good question. During INTARMED, "overloaded" ang mga unang taon ng program with units dahil accelerated program siya. And kalat sa buong araw hanggang gabi ang classes so magiging challenging ang pagtanggap ng trabaho habang INTARMED student. Ano ang naiisip mong work Alex? :)
doc anong year po ang pinaka stressful year para sa inyo sa intarmed? anong year naman po yung feeling nyo madali lang? para po alam ko po kung anong year po ako mag oonline job, thank you po😄
As someone who had a semester of PE with an intarmed class... you really won't have time for work. I've talked with them about their schedules and it's killer. Isa pa, everyone in that class was super focused on studying. I don't think it's an environment that will allow you for anything else in between. Not saying it's not possible but it's very unlikely. Even as a regular student, I had to pause my online work dahil my school load was too demanding. Freelance is fine, especially if they're only very quick projects but juggling an accelerated program like intarmed and a job will only hinder your advancement in both. Just focus on one and give that one thing your all imo.
The title of your vlog got me curious. Obviously I watched it. To my surprise, it did not just educate me but more than anything else, I enjoyed it and I found myself laughing countless times. You're naturally hilarious!! Oh how fortunate your relatives, close friends and colleagues to have you. I am sure there's never a dull moment with you. And because you made me happy, I will make it a habit to watch your vlogs even though I am already in my mid 40s and most likely won't be needing these informations that you're sharing. It's ENTERTAINMENT for me. You are very pleasing and fun to watch! Keep up the good work and more blessings to come. And of course, in behalf of the young ones , thank you for inspiring them . I was half-hearted on taking any med courses since I'm not really sure if I want to be a doctor. However, when I watch your vids doc, it motivates me to pursue medicine and it's giving me a clear light on what I want. Thank you Doc. Dalvie for your videos. Like your vlogs. Lots of info presented in a very funny and engaging way. Do you have any plans of going into residency training? I was an oblation scholar but did not chose the INTARMED program because i love physics and took that major. But I ended up going to UP Manila for medicine and never regretted the path I took. During our time, you can leave the country after graduation and a some of us did not even take the Philippine boards but instead took the USMLE and moved to the US. Very few in our class stayed in the Philippines to do their residency training so I admire your dedication of service to our kababayans.

Gustong gusto ko talagang maging doctor, surgeon or OBGYNE to be exact. Kaso minsan napapanghinaan ako ng loob but because of your video po, mas nadagdagan ang pagnanais ko. Sana po talaga ito ang calling ko😌❤️
@@jhaycee4536 Definitely possible because I know some people who did that but at 40, make sure the extra years (~+9 years) is worth it to you. You’ll be able to manage your finances and the demanding workload. Someone who tried medschool at 40’s main complain is that his body could not keep up with the demanding workload and stress. The late nights plus his technological disadvantage to the younger students made it difficult for him.

Hi Doc! Is the INTARMED program only applicable to graduates of highschool, proceeding to college? Can college (pre-med) graduates who are not yet proceeding to medicine can avail to this? Lessened years of med school?
