My First officer and I landing at Rocky Mount North Carolina. This is the Inside the Cockpit Chatter and Air Traffic control. I help Avi through a landing that has NO VASI approach system. He did a Great Job

Night visual approach, no VASI, FA flyin a big tricky plane like the Metro . . .just want to say Dave, you gave really good, calm, methodical verbal guidance to the FA. Good work from both pilots.

Frederic, that's the way Indian men are, very respectful of their seniors or authority figures. I told him a few times he could just call me Captain instead of YES SIR, but he continued to do just that. He became a tremendous Captain when he Upgraded and NOW his FO's call him Captain.
