It's literally just a Facebook photo album with pictures of your products! Go to your group and click on photos. Then "create an album". Add the photos to the album and you're done!

Congratulations and best wishes on your open house!!! I suggest you give yourself at least a year of consistent effort before you decide whether this is right for you…. and please choose NOT to be stressed in the meanwhile! 😘 Blessings
I'm only stocked with a few cc creams left, not often used colors. I really would like to sell so I can get some new samples and such. Also open house isn't feasible right now. All in my group are in all different states. New to Texas, not sure how to get out to meet people. 🤔
Do you do much online? Going live in a Facebook group is a great way to connect with all of the people you mentioned in different states. And if you've ever sold any of those cc creams,, contact those ladies and see if they need a refill. Or ask your MK sisters if they'd be willing to swap for shades that you sell more regularly. Regarding building your business in Texas, do you want to build in-person or online? If in person, then look into bridal shows (January is the perfect time for that) and other vendor events and start creating lead boxes (facial boxes) to leave at nice places like clothing boutiques, upscale nail, hair, tanning salons, and dry cleaners. There is no quick and easy way to build in person. It's truly "one face at a time" but it pays off! Building online is a different approach, but I think in Mary Kay having a customer base established locally first is very wise.
@Michelle Fox Beauty , I actually have only had two sales, the cc creams are left from my kit initially. As far as my friends and family I'm coming up empty. Honestly am trying to nerve up to do virtual party. You mentioned about an open house can happen any time of the year. It boils down to I'm not confident like I need to be. I'm wanting to change. I'm looking forward to meeting people and looking to bless women any way I can. So yes I would love to met in person around my area. You mentioned possibly a director "adopting" others so that they can be around for the sister-hood. I would love to learn how I can do that.
@@BWoods5787 Ask your director to help you find a director near you who holds meetings. She has access to that info via the company. If that doesn’t work, use the consultant finder on marykay.com and put in your zip code. The first few suggestions are usually directors. Good luck!

April and May are great months for moms, brides, grads, and moms to be. I'd make a cute gift set with a fuzzy headband and a silk flower or candle that would look great in a clear cello bag with a pretty bow... Maybe add a mask applicator. Put them in a basket and take them everywhere starting now! Good luck! 🌹🛍
Even if you order online (assuming you are a customer), the decision about whether your order ships from the consultant’s house or the warehouse is usually up to the consultant. (If you check out as a guest, it is definitely from the warehouse.) My point here is not to dupe the customers by selling products right before they expire, but to emphasize to anxious consultants that products sitting on their shelf for a few month isn’t a “loss”. They have lots of time to find their stride and sell their products. Am I understanding your point?
That’s such a great question, but my answer will irritate you… 😬 It’s different for everyone. As you establish customers, you’ll know what they use and should make an effort to keep that in stock. And over time you’ll observe how many of each thing you typically go through in a month. I like to have enough inventory to accommodate my customers for a month and then I reorder what I sold (replace it on my shelf) at the end of each month. As long as you stay active, you can use Customer Delivery Service to send anything you may not have in your inventory. For my team, I suggest starting with a $600 wholesale to take advantage of all the freebies and ordering as often as you can to build up what your customers like. Others recommend starting with “full inventory”, but it’s hard to know in advance what your people will want. For example, I hardly sell any fragrance but your customers might love to buy fragrance. I take more of a “wait and see” approach. As long as you can deliver their skincare right away, you’ll be golden!

I'm only stocked with a few cc creams left, not often used colors. I really would like to sell so I can get some new samples and such. Also open house isn't feasible right now. All in my group are in all different states. New to Texas, not sure how to get out to meet people. 🤔
Do you do much online? Going live in a Facebook group is a great way to connect with all of the people you mentioned in different states. And if you've ever sold any of those cc creams,, contact those ladies and see if they need a refill. Or ask your MK sisters if they'd be willing to swap for shades that you sell more regularly. Regarding building your business in Texas, do you want to build in-person or online? If in person, then look into bridal shows (January is the perfect time for that) and other vendor events and start creating lead boxes (facial boxes) to leave at nice places like clothing boutiques, upscale nail, hair, tanning salons, and dry cleaners. There is no quick and easy way to build in person. It's truly "one face at a time" but it pays off! Building online is a different approach, but I think in Mary Kay having a customer base established locally first is very wise.
@Michelle Fox Beauty , I actually have only had two sales, the cc creams are left from my kit initially. As far as my friends and family I'm coming up empty. Honestly am trying to nerve up to do virtual party. You mentioned about an open house can happen any time of the year. It boils down to I'm not confident like I need to be. I'm wanting to change. I'm looking forward to meeting people and looking to bless women any way I can. So yes I would love to met in person around my area. You mentioned possibly a director "adopting" others so that they can be around for the sister-hood. I would love to learn how I can do that.
@@BWoods5787 Ask your director to help you find a director near you who holds meetings. She has access to that info via the company. If that doesn’t work, use the consultant finder on marykay.com and put in your zip code. The first few suggestions are usually directors. Good luck!

April and May are great months for moms, brides, grads, and moms to be. I'd make a cute gift set with a fuzzy headband and a silk flower or candle that would look great in a clear cello bag with a pretty bow... Maybe add a mask applicator. Put them in a basket and take them everywhere starting now! Good luck! 🌹🛍

Customers would like to use that 3 year shelf life for after they purchase. Is it fresh when ordered online?
Even if you order online (assuming you are a customer), the decision about whether your order ships from the consultant’s house or the warehouse is usually up to the consultant. (If you check out as a guest, it is definitely from the warehouse.) My point here is not to dupe the customers by selling products right before they expire, but to emphasize to anxious consultants that products sitting on their shelf for a few month isn’t a “loss”. They have lots of time to find their stride and sell their products. Am I understanding your point?

I’m a new consultant. How much product do you suggest we have on hand?
That’s such a great question, but my answer will irritate you… 😬 It’s different for everyone. As you establish customers, you’ll know what they use and should make an effort to keep that in stock. And over time you’ll observe how many of each thing you typically go through in a month. I like to have enough inventory to accommodate my customers for a month and then I reorder what I sold (replace it on my shelf) at the end of each month. As long as you stay active, you can use Customer Delivery Service to send anything you may not have in your inventory. For my team, I suggest starting with a $600 wholesale to take advantage of all the freebies and ordering as often as you can to build up what your customers like. Others recommend starting with “full inventory”, but it’s hard to know in advance what your people will want. For example, I hardly sell any fragrance but your customers might love to buy fragrance. I take more of a “wait and see” approach. As long as you can deliver their skincare right away, you’ll be golden!
