    My husband and I have visted and extremely excited about moving to Sunterra. We will be relocating from Austin. We're looking at officially starting the progress this Fall.
    Sunterra North is also a part of the Sunterra community but is zoned to Royal ISD which isnt as good as Katy. Not sure if you covered that.

      buying a house and paying $1000 just for HOA and tax is not a wise investment to make in Houston. Then you will have grass cutting, yearly maintenance and on top of that higher water and sewer charges takes the cost to $1500 PM without even including the mortgagee. Renting a luxury apartment for $2000 is wise thing

    We're no longer interested in Sunterra. Alot isn't adding up and A LOT of rental properties

      The lazy river and resort style pool will be ready this year and the lagoon beginning of 2025

      Marvida is only 15 minutes away and already has the Lazy River and amenities built and open. You should check out Marvida also.
