Blocking at a speed of that is nearly impossible. He may have low strength but his speed is insane and low strength but extreme speed breaking the sound barrier like that is extremely painful even if you have extreme strength.

Actually, Enough Speed = Strength, so if you go fast enough you can ram people, like that scene in The Boys where a guy with super speed rams a guy's girl and turns her into a smear in the pavement. Example: a car hits you while it is going at 1mph, won't do that much, but a car going at 100mph would kill you instantly.
