ive been dealing with chronic illness and fatigue and ive gotten so weak these past months since i havent been able to exercise. this motivated me to slowly start getting back into shape, so thank you :)

It's really great to get to know more about your chronic illness and who it effects your mental health its so so important. The last part of this this is so relatable, I wrote a blog post as well about how ' Instagram friendships ; work and the minute that you're either physically, mentally or financially aren;t able to be there all the time, you kind of get pushed away. As you said though, you can't get down about it, you've just got to get on and do your own thing and do what makes you happy and its so nice to see the freaking happiness in your face since you met James! XxX
