Right now Charlotte is not even three yrs old.

Duchess Kate looks magnificent in anything she wears, she is beautiful and was a model for many years, and she dresses exactly like Meghan because they both have same person, laying out clothes and helping in dressing them, as needed, and fixing their hair , makeup etc so they both look much alike. They are happy with it and are much like sisters now.
