Such a great way to store the drills! That container from Johnna is perfect to hold all the packet cards. I tend to keep all the drills. But I come from a professional dressmaker's daughter. She had a room designated for her sewing business and she never threw anything away. Scrapes and buttons, beads and bobbles, they all stayed in little containers. To me, that's normal and smart thinking too. Many's the time she needed something and there it would be! I was the 4th generation to join the business and worked with her for several years. 😊 It's so true about the whole house becoming "the craft room"! Ha! And I don't mind at all! I figure it's what I love doing and I'm going to make it work however I can! 😁 Love you and Bella and have a great afternoon and evening! ❤️
❤ Good Morning! First time watcher. I use kinda the same system. Although I use photo boxes instead of the plastic ones. As of right now I have 4 photo boxes for my square drills and 3 for my round 😅 i do save all my 310s though because I do cross stitch conversions. I'm not sure if your familiar with that, but it's where you take a cross stitch pattern and make a diamond painting out of it. Some of them are huge! I have one thats the size of a twin size bed sheet! I didnt realize how large it was going to be when i bought it though 😢 had to break down my massive canvas into 4 large ones just to be able to work on it. Giving up a craft is about as easy as giving up your right arm. I tried to give up crochet. I couldn't but I did cut back. I wonder what people do with their time when they don't do crafts. 😊 With all the scraps from your dividers you could have your own ticker tape parade. Lol The only person who has to be happy with your work is you. As you get more drills you will spread out into the other other containers. I have spread out into all of the top set of containers.
Hi Linda, I only save some black and white in case I want to fix the writing up. Also keep my specials all in the tic tac containers. The rest I put in a large glass bottle can’t bring myself to throw them yet 🤣🤣 If I had the room I might keep them like you do.
Lol oh Ms Linda by whole RV has become my craft room, i have. Little here and there and every nook and cranny has something diamond painted related. Great method to hold your extra drills. Mine are in baggies thrown into agallon size baggie...its a mess..no system to it at all...do you tape the baggies to the cards?.thanks for showing this...take care
