The Huckleberry received a significant buff in Season of the Haunted. I hopped on to Destiny 2 to check how it feels and it seems as if it's range has increased quite a bit. I paired it with the Solar 3.0 Golden Gun, in Momentum Control, to aim for some sweet Seventh Columns. I wonder if we will see this exotic more widely adopted in Season 17. Enjoy!

The story is good. The gameplay is awful
Huckleberry has definitely always been a good option as an smg, because those of us who are good with it could actually outgun plenty of shayuras, but it definitely needed the range buff
I've been having some crazy games with the huckleberry with this buff, so good

Have been running Huckleberry and Shayura's/The Title/Funnelweb with Peacekeepers and it has been an absolute blast!

Yes but it’s PVE only with the base timer, 3.5 secondes instead of the 5 secondes with enchanced perk and rampage spec mod (it’s an huge difference). Bungie need to fix this and make the timer of huckleberry rampage to 5 secondes. (Sorry for my bad English )

@@lilbitnasty4828 it does still use the un nerfed damage values of rampage on huckleberry is 50% more on its 3rd stack instead of the nerfed 35%

I love the Huckleberry; in my opinion it’s one of the best exotic smgs. Also what’s the aspect or fragment for refunded shots after you get a kill with Golden Gun?
Its the deadshot golden gun and you have to use the fragment Ember of Combustion. The fragment gives super final blows ignition and the super for deadshot says that causing an ignition while the super is active refunds a round.
I dont get why people think the season is underwhelming??? Week one we got 15 new weapons (not including dungeon ones), a new dungeon, a whole new explorable area, new story content coming week one included, an entirely new re-balanced subclass that is fucking COOL and better than what it used to be, a new exotic for each class that are all ACTUALLY GOOD and do good things, a BRAND NEW Crucible map, and some of the best designed armor and weapons in like a year from an art standpoint, I don't get it. Maybe I'm just a fan boy, but like? This is so so so much better than we've had in a long time.
Like 90% of what you said is wrong.
1). The dungeon is awful
2). 2 of the dungeon weapons are just re-issued and the armor set might be the worst in the game visually
3). The season only gave us a few new weapons. The opulent weapons are re-issued, and the nightfall weapons are always re-issued.
4). Solar 3.0 is mediocre at best. And is severely boosted by artifact mods. Once they go away, solar 3.0 is average.
5). The exploration zone is just like 1/3 of an old vaulted assest.
6). The public event farm is awful
7). The economy of this season is entirely broken.
8). The new exotics on titan and hunter are terrible
9). Like 90% of this season is just a reskin.
It's a 4/10 at best.
@@FlashesSoccer011 re-issued weapons mean nothing to new players, and veterans like the re issued guns we got back, being beloved and austringer, and the design of the season is badass to me. Opinions are objective, and can't be "wrong." I like all of the new weapons and armor we got from a design perspective, and so do a lot of others. The dungeon is cool and interesting, the lore is cool and the dungeon itself isn't a slog to run through like prophecy was (once again, opinions.) The new exotic for hunter is meh, you're right, but anti barrier arms for titan? Thats phenomonal and will continue to be for GM content. It's all a matter of opinion, but the sheer amount of stuff we got (new, old, reskinned, whatever,) isn't a small amount for a seasonal update. Not at all.

But you are right, it's opinionated. A ton of people have disliked the season a great deal. And the dungeon armor looks awful. No way that anyone thinks that armor looks good. And the titan exotic SHOULD be good. But the shield throws don't one shot the barriers, so they are awful. I think it's probably a bug.

@@nathansparks9814 I hope it's just a bug. The hunter gloves are also bugged. If they leave them as is, they both suck. But if they fix them, I think both would be great.

hit 300k with mine and its my main since the day it was avilable . It's my favorite gun in the game and then again when isn't a TEX Mechanica not best in class weapons lol. Tell people all the time best sniper in the game is the Chaperone ,

my favourite game mode sure needs tweaks if becoming permanent in other modes but the ttk is actually tolerable an you dont have to deal with all the special / Ability spam an Apeing that goes on as virtually no one seems to be able to kill anyone without using those strats. Kinetics' need a giant buff or Hardcore mode needs to be added to survival and trials.
if you want to see something broken, use well with tarrabah. it 2 taps to the head at 750 rpm lol
its not 750 rpm when perk active it goes to 900 or even 1000 not sure

I don't care what anyone says destiny 2 is a great game and it doesn't matter what they change or update or no matter how good the game gets. There will always be people who find a excuse to complain about something in the game can't please everyone.

Why is he killing so many one Shot with Sniper on Body? Did i Miss Something in the build/perks?
It’s momentum control where everything does more damage. So snipers kill in one shot to the body and other guns normally kill in 1-3 shots.

I think a lot of people are underwhelmed with solar 3.0 because we went from something strong that everyone knew to something equally strong but that everyone has to figure new builds for. Void went from weak to strong and I think arc will be the same way. I'm loving solar so far but I've also spent the last two days coming up with builds.
the reason everyone is trying to figure out builds is because nothing even compares to void 2.0 and most classes even got downgrades..

@@uwotgames Titans kept most of our abilities, only they got nerfed to the ground. On the opposite side, Warlocks lost a bunch of their abilities, but they didn't get nerfed. Solar 3.0 really screwed both Titans and Warlocks over.
@@lordlunchmoney and hunters got like 50000 dodge buffs but ehhhh not tgat broke but their solar kit got alot of love. Also to mee the fragments on solar just seem kinda weak stat wise compared to void and stasis

1:50 the update may have been small but the effects are big, I'm feeling flinch and air accuracy so hard, I don't like this at all, this was completely unnecessary and frustrating, and I feel like they only did this to Nerf stompies. So all of you crying for stompies to get nerfed here it is.
Well you have to build according to the new changes, for example stompies make your aim absolute dog, so unless your not using copious amounts of aim assist just use like frostees or something.
They did it because they want build crafting to actually be a thing as opposed to slapping on a mod and being done.
I expected the replies to be ignorant, tbh. They 100% should have nerfed stompies. But to every non-hunter main, they don't care. It didn't affect them, so they shrug it off. It should have been -30 or something. -25 even and I would have said that's fair. But now we get hella punished for using an exotic armor piece. Use your ears people, you can hear the jumps, it's not that overpowered to have equipped. This is just too much just because I like to move fast
I didn't even use stompies in the first place and i don't mind any changes to in air accuracy, you just have to adapt.
@@GuzzlingDuck it was just honestly a console issue because a stompee hunter just jumps and you just dont look up fast enough unless you are a titan playing around barricade or you play on 7 and above sensitivity which is understandable why people dont wanna play at those sensitivities but yeah. Regardless i still never used it and only used knucklehead and foetracer
Huckleberry, ogma and bxr all feel great now I will use this a lot. Shayuras doesn’t even feel good anymore sadly like I feel like the struggle landing my hits while huckleberry it’s smooth sailing. I’m glad huckleberry got the love it deserves I’ve always wanted to see more use

Imo, using "small update for a big game" is a pretty medicore rebuttal. Probably full of copium, but they had three months to prepare this season. We're coming off of the typical content drought, mostly because Gaurdian Games sucked as per usual, but we needed fresh content. I was excited to see The Leviathan again. I knew the entire underbelly upon entering in the intro sequence. I still have my prestige fastest clear emblem on.
But they weigh so hard into nostalgia that once my brain catches up, I realize it's just the moon event in a rehashed area... With a returning pistol- Story is.. Nice. Nothing to gripe about yet.
I was really hoping for a ton of fun. I don't expect a new DLC launch, but I expect actual content rather than "Yay, new tedious grind just dropped!"
And why the HELL are there no teleporters or warp globs between areas? :l They have them on Nessus. I don't want to run from Baths to the Castellum or to Garden- When will Bungie learn to stop wasting our time, jfc. No sparrows? Okay, let us teleport. They know how pissed everyone was when Curse of Osirus came out. Then when beyond light came out. They know we don't like wasting time just to get to places, yet they do it every god damn time

I use it a lot. The only drawback is if you do not kill the enemy you do not get the reload. It's really only good for rank and file.

Weapon crafting ruined it for me it's a good concept just the fact that we have to get 5 attunements done just to start crafting is a bit overwhelming for players whom don't have time to play as much as quote content creators unquote

@@iPaxMC sunspots in general don't give damage. Now they give healing along with ability regen. Lorely gives you the option to drop a sunspot anywhere and gives increased healing now.
