I've been watching you for years now. I'm married to a wonderful Scottish born Bengali-Indian man, confusing but surprisingly real. Knowing what a huge comedy fan I am, he told me about you & told me to check you out. I've watched your TH-cam forever. I miss your live videos too. It's been awsome to watch you grow & succeed. Great show. I definitely felt like I needed to pay for that lol. I will be following you to see when you come to Chicago. Much love and continued success ❤❤❤
The thing about comedy is it's so diverse. We have different pace, different way of using timings. Nimesh is way too different to your normal ones, the more you watch this back, the more you'll find deep meanings inside them. That'sy I love him so much, it only gets better with time.

i loved the native american jokes. 🤣 i am first nations too. the part where he said "calm down it's gonna start raining" i threw my head back and let out an auntie laugh. 🤣
Yes! Although the part where he asks "any Natives there?", there is a silence, and then he's like: "what have we done?" Was not fun at all. At least for me, I'm very interested in languages and cultures, and this question - "What have we done, as Humans in total?" - is extremely serious.
That “target on a kids head” joke fucking blew me away. Amazing writing, and amazing performance. You’ve earned a new fan my friend. Shit was top tier!
This had everything from family drama, to his Indian roots, to his American roots and a touch of that "Bill Burr Rant"! Fantastic! Thank you, Nimesh Patel!
This was one of the most brilliant comedy specials I've ever seen especially pretty much the same age as you. I feel like you just started my whole life from childhood to current lmao
I've seen a LOT of stand-up over twenty plus years. This is first class. Material, delivery, perfect. This dude is ready for major network specials. (And too good for some of them, quite frankly.)
I am a coast salish native from Tsawwassen First Nation british colombia and Patel's comedy about Larry Bearshield was hilarious his witicisms about the cultural nuances were great because I refuse to let today's climate of politically correct wokeness that permeates mass exposure media affect my perception of the world. I haven't encountered too many other comedians who do material about first nations but the only other comedian I've seen who handles the subject in such sincere and endearing way as Patel is Dave Chapelle. When Patel said "Fck that whole entire country," I definitely relate to those sentiments because both of our home countries and our ancestors were decimated by that colonial empire expanding behavior. Need I mention the East India Company? I rest my case. Need I mention the residential school system in Canada? I rest my case. Also in recent years I have become an aspiring essential oils practicioner and aromatherapist, aiming to become a certified practicioner eventually, and I have come to appreciate the kind of medicines that are unique to India. Castor oil Neem oil and Clove oil are permanent additions to my medicine cabinet. My idea of personal health would not be complete without these essential oils that I buy from a Bombay Spices store near where I live. I just wanted to take a moment to share this solidarity with Indian medicine. Much love for Patel's comedy
My adoptive father was Cherokee Nation. He adopted me before I turned 1 and he was the father of my siblings (grew up thinking he was my biological dad). My Indian bf of almost 4 years loves to see me in full regalia. I showed him the hoop dancers and he really liked it. I love hearing any mention of First Nations in media. They are often overlooked. I was taught Laughter heals the soul. When there is a death we tend to gather around laugh about all sorts of stuff. It really does help
Probably the best up-and-coming standup comedian in America right now. You can tell he is not afraid to offend the audience and does not give a fuck about cancel culture.

I like that closing story about MDMA. The best times of my life have been shared experiences on drugs, often including MDMA. I used to travel America going from music festival to festival to concert to raves in my 20s usually doing any number of drugs at each event. Everything Nimesh says about molly is true from it's neurological action as a serotonin re uptake inhibitor, to being hung over afterwards, to being the best version of yourself while under it's effects. You feel so empathetic, content, and as he describes it sexually fluid. When a lot of people get together in this same frame of mind, it's truly a spectacle to behold and creates positive memories that will last the rest of your life.
