Great video! I’ve been thinking about going into the trucking industry and if I do, was trying to decide which type cargo to transport dry van or reefer and your video was very insightful on the reefer aspect of it and the photos also helped a great deal with information about reefer transport thank u!
Thought you went to Crete? I been working for a small company, and it’s been getting rough due to the market and some other stuff. I been looking at Venture to hop to, because I don’t think it’s improving and also I think running local is driving me insane but am doing it for my kids before there. I longer kids. Reefer is decent to haul, enjoyed it when I was pulling them. Only thing is, you sit forever more often than not lol.
Hi, I pre-recorded most of my swift videos... they started firing people making youtube videos at the time. I'm still with crete/Shaffer pulling reefer. This company has been great with no slow down with reefer loads. Also. They drop & hook 50% of the time, so it's not so bad. Yeah, markets have been super soft, and I think 2024 is not going to be better. You should look into a specialty like heavy hual or mobile crane operator (need cdl and crane certification but pays good) to stay local.
I'm hesitant on doing it, I heard stories of waiting almost 2 days getting loaded/unloaded, or chicken loads being the worst ones to do because of the smell.
Hi, I'm still with crete. I pre-recorded all of my swift videos because Swift was strict on drivers making POV videos. I saw one guy got fired, so I took my videos down but kept making them. I'm working on my crete videos, and I'll release them soon. Crete doesn't care.
If you have less than 8 months of experience or a ticket from the past. Crete will put a front and face camera installed in the truck. I have no violations, so I'm good.
Great videos - can’t believe i have watched almost all of them since discovering your channel yesterday ! Keep up the great work.

Btw I had the same model international lt 🤣 pretty decent trucks.
I’ve been doing refer now for two years… compared to dry Van I get more money per mile more miles and better equipment
I totally agree with you on that one. Lol

The other day you were with Crete. Now you’re with Swift. What happened with Crete?

I thought Crete had driver facing cameras? Does not look like you have one.
