    hi sofie !! im absolutely in LOVE with your videos; it's my new obsessioni was wondering if you could do an ankle or side calf slimming stretch/ workout routine ?? they've recently been bothering me with their LarGE siZe. i hope this wasn't a bother for you and i hope you're safe and healthy~ ♡

      Hi there! Of course I can make workout video for calves. But I just wanna make something clear, we all have different bodies and spot reduction isn't a thing. You have a to lose body fat in general to see things get smaller and we can't control where that happens on our body. For example, I carry weight in my thighs and butt and sure if I lose weight they get smaller, but they're still there! Hope that clears up some confusion, but I will definitely make a video to help with calf muscles ❤️❤️❤️
