Agreed. And the funny thing is… I actually forgot the functionality existed for a while. (Lack of opportunity to use it.) Then I remembered and thought, I can’t believe I haven’t been using it.

i have noticed it pastes the equations as images only which is a sort of frustrating. it would have been great if it pastes the equations as editable text like the normal text

I agree, equations as editable text would be nice. However, that's a limitation on the Microsoft Word side. If you've ever used the equation functionality in Word, you probably know that it's not as robust as Mathcad.

Actually it's a limitation on the MathCad side. It is not the responsibility of other programs to accommodate MathCad's representation of equations. Is there no way to copy text from MathCad and paste text to other programs?

Mathcad Prime 10 here; paste in word is incredibly grainy...

I recommend opening a ticket with PTC Tech Support. If they can't help you fix the issue, it will alert them to it.
