I can agree with you on Allo only, since allo has been due a buff for months now. All the others dinos you've listed can deal with a cera, given the player playing them actually HAS hands.
I'd have to disagree in my opinion, I've noticed it's more about skill and experience with combat. Though I do think that alio needs a lil more abilities tho lol
Cera imo is super op rn, its thrash does about the same as a full charge bite with no cooldown, AND it has a broken armoured tail ability where it can take a rex bite to the leg and take like 2 damage from what Ive seen, not to mention all the defense passive abilities you can get plus the subspecies, my dasp, and Im not joking, got ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED in pretty much just a trade/facetank battle against a full defense cerato with thrash, you can see it in my dasp compilation video at the end if you dont believe me. Absolutely insane.

One of the biggest reason why i love path of titans compared to many other games: skill actually means something in this game. Many might disagree but it often times feels like it comes down to the better player wins.

@@GameWithTonyYT I truly do not understand how it works but I do know that they can balance dinosaurs, change stats and natural elements without requiring an actual larger update and lets them address issues faster and more frequently but yes they are fast updates which because I was playing when the patch happened it bumped me and everyone from servers and took maybe 6 seconds to happen then everything is back to normal. In this patch hatzegopteryx got a couple nerfs and 2 buff, cerato and Megalania got slight buffs, and I believe spinosaurus and metricanthasaurus also got slight buffs.
Imo Cera is the best of the "smaller to mid tiers". Conc doesn't compare and neither does Metri (even though it can heal). My Peanut (My Cera), has felled 3 Alios and a rbing Metri with only a decent quarter of health left. Their responses were amusing to me.
Imo metri and conca are both better than cera in their own ways, cerato rn is kinda op anyways being able to pretty much facetank a dasp with a full defense build and thrash (yes it happened to me and no Im not a bad player spitting random crap ok) but I agree raw damage and hp wise cera is better but conca is very dangerous with its bleed and metri has AMAZING turning especially in precise movement as well as a fast and high damage claw attack + healing now
