I think the administrator of the group and group members see you have a new phone number. Because you van block persons in your Whatsapp but not in Whatsapp groups.

If someone uses your sim card to use your previously used phone number on what's app, they could potentially do so. Unless WhatsApp has implemented authentication measures such as authentication emails and passwords which I think they may have.

I can't find any way to get it back as WhatsApp seems to have securely deleted everything from my device at the exact time of failure. Did you ever find any ways to get the missing folders to appear again, or any apps or software that was able to detect it again? Hi, thanks for the video. For me my iphone was stolen, so I didn't have whatsaap for about 3months. When I finally got a new phone I was able to restore every chat I had backed up before my old phone was stolen which was great! but nothing came through from messages that were being sent to me after it was stolen and was off. I think that this is a new design feature of WhatsApp unfortunately (whenever you uninstall the app or a transfer fails, it will automatically delete EVERYTHING). It's horrendous and I can't believe that they would program it to do this though! Were you ever able to get your data back somehow?

Don't do any of what he is saying, you will certainly loose all of your data unless you have a backup on iCloud or your Android Phone, IOS and Android now warn you before confirming the Uninstalling process, but in some cases theres no warn... Look for another solution, but this is definitly not the right way to do it

If you tried to get into Guiness Book of World Records for fastest talker on TH-cam you did accomplished that. I was surprised that I have bit rate high enough to transmit your fast talking. Unfortunatelly TH-cam has no feature to slow the audio, so your verbal comments and screen guide were too fast to be registered and encoded by average mind! My WhatsApp does not send me notifications on my iPhone , but all settings are fine so I was hoping to fix it by unisntalling and reinstalling the app. Running Update did not fix the problem. Hopefully there is another TH-cam segment which will help me to resolve my problem.

@@koala10ish I don't know if you have still the sim card with that old number. And the telephone you used while having that number. I had An old phone that crashed. Because i did not allow Whatsapp updates every day at that time in the cloud it became problematic to get acces to that old information. I would recommend to go to an internet shop or find someone who works in ICT who can help you.

I had a long run whatsapp number and it was Uninstalled almost two months back due to some personal issues After that I have not used that number for whatsapp communications. Hey! If you have changed your phone number and you are trying to restore your backup, it won’t be executed. Only the backups performed under that number will be shown. The same goes if you change your email address abruptly, as the backup is stored in another email address.

In English. I had the old whatsapp. I backed up data on whatsapp. Uninstall and then install the whatsapp business . All chats are gone. Tried 3 times . Only the group shows.
