I tried playing AC again this year after many years of not.... I promptly remembered why I haven't played it for years. It's sooooo grindy... maybe if it wasn't overlapped with the plot I might have tried harder? But overall it's just still too much regardless, lol.

As a returning player to Neopets I was really excited about the Altador cup, but I forgot how much of a grind it is. When I was a high schooler it was fine, but now I'm an adult with a job and I just don't have time time to finish it.
I did have a blast playing what I could (I still remembered all the old tricks), but it's too much. And I really wanted that stamp. XD

I really, really, really feel your pain. I've tried joining a team (I think exclusively Roo Island) a bunch of different years, but I don't know how often I even made it to rank 1 lol. By some miracle, I got to rank three this year! Have not had the energy to sign into Neopets at all since😅

I can't relate since I love Yooyu Ball haha.. (I think it might be because I didn't play sports as a kid.. and it's some kind of fun outlet for me).. but the rest of the games are indeed painful. I have to go full zen mode to get through Slushie Slinger.

I tried to play Make Some Noise and my carpal tunnel was begging me to stop. I played only twice and spent like an hour in pain. Sorry Haunted Woods for quitting, but I just couldn't do it anymore.

I love the AC, I've been playing it for like 8 years straight now and I love my team Maraqua! The people I play with are so sweet and I really feel the joy when I'm playing with them
