Not really because it changes from car to car.
You can not unlock it through single player. I've tried it twice. The web guides are wrong.

That's pretty simple, just slap all Elite parts in it with a Super or Turbo.

Probs not man. The Crown Vic is pretty rough and doesn't really meet the standard of what I put on the channel for people.

This Car is a sore spot for me at the moment. I paid for EA Play and never got it; EA say they're working on it but its been over a month. When/if they fix the issue, this will be the first place I come to get a great build.
