One of the best stations so far by Raagametro. Very well written Swaram sung aptly by all in the beginning. Excellent start with 'Kaatrinilae varum geetham' which transformed beautifully as the kaatru getting in to the flute and come out as a beautiful sound to start the Shenbagamae song. PBS' Thamarai kannangal was a lovely addition. ஞாயிறு madhiyam starting la andha drums beat super.. All songs that followed were aptly fitting the flow... that flow hit Zenith for the last song, Kurai Ondrum illae...blissful...All of you performed very well. KURAI ONDRUM ILLAI - Literally

Yes sir it is sindhubhairavi. Dr Charulata mani who has done research in this field and defended her thesis has stated about this in her article which was published in TheHindu. Also kindly make a note that there is a stark difference when u talk about purity of raga in Carnatic and film music .
