I wasn't making enough to provide for myself & my children as well and so I was seeking for another job that I used to have 13 years ago and now I just got rehire and they paid me more than what I used to make before!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I recently let my Job go in Security. Jealousy, envy , hatred , etc . Multiple ppl tried sabotaging me. They felt away no matter what . Termoil was happening I bounced right BK . I had my Job down pack owing it. I know so many people. It was a whole vibe . Mad at me because I became so well known . Yup my supervisor was a hater too he was corny just like the rest . Karma returns . I turned my badge on May 10th . God said move forward I had your BK . Today is your last day & so it was. Nothing felt the same & my spirit was suffering bad and couldn't hold on no more. I'm much happier now at my NEW JOB .
That explains allot, @ the same time looks like some people forget regardless of whether or not it's a human or machine. It still requires rest to run at optimum levels. If they can't comprehend that then they either know they're replaceable n heading down that path or just don't care due to a desire of wanting admiration over the cost of losses n resentment that lead to an increase in turnover rate. Especially with the way things are going it seems the older way of just putting up with it. Just isn't really cutting it anymore like before (different generational mentality) the prior one was awesome, they understood it quickly and pretty much grew up in that environment but the newer one is still figuring that part out as they didn't really grow up valuing the same thing.
