Bcz there are many good actors but they can't do all kind of roles and u also have to look at the chemistry between leads if it's working or not. Besides it was Shaheer's first movie so they have to test him. Priyanka gave audition in Hollywood after a 15 yr successful career, so shaheer toh of course de sakta h. Unhe problem nhi audition me toh tumhe kya h. First learn how the industry and casting works
