Equivalency means k dono statements ka mat lab ek he hai.
Matlab ye hai k agar kal ko ek ideal heat engine bna liya jaye to ek ideal refrigerator bhi bnaya ja sakta hai jesa ki schematic diagram me dikhya gya hai.

Cold body refrigerator ka ander ka compartment hai aur hot body bahar ka environment tb heat hamesha compartment se bahar ki taraf jati hai.
