Being a hairstylist of about like a decade, I can tell you, that you're not intended to use harsh shampoo on your hair.
I've seen hair lines of many folks, and I observed that folks who were using strong shampoo cleansers typically had thin hair line.
So I advise only to use mild shampoo only. I myself use and advise to apply littleextrra coconioon shampoo only.
Also, do warm oil massage twice a week as it boosts circulation and encourages hair growth.
I was able to lengthen the hair with littleextra coco onion.

She used the peels of two onions and about an inch of ginger that she crushed a little before adding to the water and the other ingredients. Although it says garlic on the subtitles, she says ginger and also goes on to add ginger instead 😅

In my case .....i grind the strain part with natural alovera gel and stored it in an air tight container and there were 2 ways I used that
1. while washing my hair i applied it on my hair (no on scalps and upper hair but only on my lengths) left it for 10 mins (u can do it for longer if u apply before washing ur hair ) after that I washed my hair and believe my hair become very silk and smooth
2 during washing my hair i add that paste on my shampoo while diluting my shampoo and that work too but the first one is more effective.....sorry for my English 😅
