Hey guys, sorry about the sound of this video. I'v messed it up in the first 15 minutes, but felt like I wanna post it anyway. It's with a gentle sound of the crackling fire in background, so that you can (or maybe not?) avoid to hear the sound mess 😱 Bc I had to install some drivers for my pc.. But anyways, I fixed the pc problem and it's kinda ready for the next mess!! lol But originally it should be a comforting talk-down with lots of reassuring validation of your panic & anxiety symptoms, gentle explanation of what you're feeling and why, a few deep breaths together with me (your friend), and a bit of calming affirmations. I hope you enjoy the soothing crackling fire sounds in the background at least! 🫣 So please forgive me the mess and you can actually kinda jump over to the minute 15:41 to skip all the mess ..🫣 I promise you, I'll make something more better next time and probably with yeti mic!!
