I made a dumb healer build that can one shot in a 1v1, use Heavenly Foot of Pain and Tsukuyomi, weapon is kinda your choice but it works well with the Sakura Naginata, Ninja Tool is also your choice and whatever ultimate jutsu you want. Tag them with a light to confirm the Tsukuyomi, use foot of pain and because of Tsukuyomi they will stay in place instead of being knocked away, then finish em off with some more weapon hits.

I feel like all visual juices should be buffed..... I feel like it's too many ways to go invisible but only one way to see people who are invisible... Sharingan and all the other I jitsu should be able to see invisible people... What's your thought Milo
