After rewatching a few times, I really think there's a connection between Sam and Firefly. I'm still afraid of Himeko dying, but now of these two too. I can't shake off this feeling that someone's gonna die or be badly injured. Like, how is the main quest gonna be "Chill" and "Upbeat"? (Those who know story leaks, pls don't spoil) Anyway, didn't expect a whole MV for a trailer, it took my breath away.
well dont want to spoil you but yes. the quest for 2.0 gonna be a bit different than xianzhou and belobog. just imagine that its gonna be ace attorney but its in a isekai world
I noticed that too! When Sam flies around they have some sort of green-yellow "wings" that fit Firefly's aesthetic. They also both appear in equal amounts throughout the trailer (Firefly in the first half and Sam in the latter) and we never see them together. I was already gonna E6 Firefly cause she might be my favorite looking character thus far, but if Sam is involved with her then I'm doubling down on that 😭

@nagi-springfield93 why do I have an emotional reaction to that when I know nothing about her lol? I don't look at story leaks (I do look at character kit leaks though) so I have no idea if she will die. I kinda hope not.

My theory is that firefly is Sam, if you see Sam’s wings, the colours match firefly’s. Also Firefly? Sam being Pyro Destruction? Also the bit when she falling could be when she is going to transform into Sam. Because we see how Sam then suddenly appears to fight Archeron. With green wings.
