Honestly her asmr with the airpod pros are definitely better to listen to with stereo audio since it’s more tingly but the spatial audio is more full and “cleaner”. If u want to just have background noise to relax too, use spatial audio. If you want to go to bed and or get tingles use stereo audio it’s idk just way tingerlier since it the sound while spatial feels like more “real” kinda like if you were there in-person.
Your sound is so good idk how you edit it but it’s just so much better than some other videos who use the same mic but maybe it’s just me 😅

For some reason when I was trying to sleep I started hearing voices which is teriffying and never happened to me before. I have family history of schizophrenia and I started new medication recently with a possible side effect of hallucinations (auditory and visual) so I was like...fuck this sucks but after watching this I feel much better and can hardly hear the voices 💗
